WHAT WE NEED

What We Need is a talkspace dedicated to people with lived experience of homelessness, and support workers on the frontline.

These workshops place a spotlight on people's lived experiences. Conversations revolve around how to better support vulnerable populations, and each other, and provide a space for participants to build resilience and community.

What We Need utilizes media and art to capture participants' reflections and ideas to share them in creative ways to continue the conversation in our communities.

Community Impact
This project highlights the positive impacts of community mutual aid, and creates a space to share stories from outreach, harm reduction workers. It is a space for diverse demographics to connect, share ideas, and work to reduce stigma around homelessness. This project is in collaboration with a range of community partners, and aligns with the main pillars of The Existence Project.
